If you are starting from Jacksonville's downtown area, you can take the Jacksonville Skyway (an elevated monorail system). Board the Skyway at the 'Central Station' stop. Ride towards the 'Kings Avenue Station'. After arriving at Kings Avenue, disembark and walk towards the intersection of Kings Avenue and E Bay St. From there, you can catch the JTA's bus route 3 or 5, which will take you closer to the Basilica of The Immaculate Conception. Get off the bus at the 'Duval St & Laura St' stop, which is a short walk from the Basilica.

Start from the 'Jacksonville Landing' and walk east along E Bay St for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with E Duval St. Turn left onto E Duval St. The Basilica of The Immaculate Conception will be on your left at 121 E Duval St.
