Getting There

• Walking

  If you are located in downtown Jacksonville, start at the Jacksonville Landing. Head south on Newnan Street until you reach the intersection with East Bay Street. Turn right onto East Bay Street and continue walking until you reach the Southbank Riverwalk. Follow the Riverwalk along the St. Johns River, enjoying the views. After about 0.5 miles, you will see the Museum of Science and History (MOSH) on your left. Continue walking until you reach the Friendship Fountain, which is located directly in front of the museum at 1015 Museum Cir. The fountain is hard to miss due to its large size and beautiful lights.

• Public Transport - Bus

  If you are near the Jacksonville Beach area, take the JTA bus route 9 (Beach to Downtown) towards downtown. Get off at the stop at East Bay Street and Newnan Street. From there, walk south on Newnan Street to East Bay Street and turn right. Walk towards the Southbank Riverwalk and follow the river until you reach the Museum of Science and History. The Friendship Fountain is located directly in front of the museum at 1015 Museum Cir.

  If you are renting a bike, start from the downtown area and head towards the Southbank Riverwalk. Follow the designated bike paths along the river. You will pass by several parks and scenic views.
