The tour was pleasant, entertaining, and perfect for taking photos and enjoying the scenery. I recommend it for those visiting Miami or who want to have a good time on the bay.

I highly recommend booking this experience in person rather than through the app. Unfortunately, the app was not very user-friendly and made the process more difficult than it needed to be. However, once I arrived, the service completely made up for it and exceeded all my expectations. The manager and the entire crew were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made me feel welcomed and valued throughout my stay. What could have been a frustrating experience because of the app turned into one of the best experiences I’ve ever had thanks to their outstanding customer service.
