Get off at the stop 'Biscayne Blvd & NE 4th St'. From the bus stop, walk east on NE 4th St until you reach Biscayne Blvd. Turn left, and walk north for about 3 minutes until you arrive at 401 Biscayne Blvd. The Miami Party Cruise will be on your right.

If you are near a Metrorail station, take the train towards the 'Miami International Airport' station. Get off at the 'Government Center' station. From there, transfer to the Metromover (an elevated train that is free). Take the Metromover to the 'Bayside' station. Exit the station, and walk towards Biscayne Blvd. Head north on Biscayne Blvd for about 5 minutes until you reach 401 Biscayne Blvd, where the Miami Party Cruise is located.
