From downtown Miami, head to the nearest Metrobus stop. Take the Metrobus Route 24 (Coral Way) towards Coral Gables. Get off at the 'Main Hwy & 34 Ave' stop. Walk south on Main Highway for about 0.3 miles (approximately 7 minutes) until you reach The Barnacle Historic State Park located at 3485 Main Hwy, Coconut Grove.

Take the Metrorail from any station towards the University of Miami. Get off at the Coconut Grove Station. From there, walk east along Bird Road until you reach Main Highway.
