Take the exit towards Cape Coral and merge onto Cape Coral Parkway (FL-884). Continue on Cape Coral Parkway for about 4 miles, then turn left onto SE 24th St. The entrance to Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve will be on your left after about 0.5 miles, at 2500 SE 24th St, Cape Coral, FL 33990. There is no entrance fee.
