From any location in Nature Coast, head south on US-19 S towards Tampa. Continue for approximately 50 miles until you reach the interchange for I-275 S. Merge onto I-275 S and follow the signs for Tampa. Stay on I-275 S for about 30 miles. Take exit 44A toward Downtown Tampa/US-41 S. Merge onto Channelside Drive. The Florida Aquarium will be on your left at 701 Channelside Dr, Tampa, FL 33602. There is parking available nearby, which may incur a fee of around $10 for the day.
