Getting There

    From any location within Ocala National Forest, head east on the main roads until you reach the intersection with FL-40. Turn onto FL-40 E, following the signs for Silver Springs. Continue on FL-40 E for approximately 15 miles. You will then merge onto Silver Springs Blvd (also known as E Silver Springs Blvd). Continue on this road for about 3 miles. Silver Springs State Park will be on your left at 5656 E Silver Springs Blvd, Silver Springs, FL 34488. The entry fee is $2 per person.

    If you are relying on public transportation, you will need to first reach the nearest bus station in Ocala. Take the local bus service to the Ocala Transfer Station. From there, look for a bus that heads towards Silver Springs. Once you arrive at the Silver Springs area, you will need to walk approximately 1 mile along Silver Springs Blvd to reach the park entrance at 5656 E Silver Springs Blvd, Silver Springs, FL 34488.
