Once you arrive at the Lynx Central Station, which is located at 201 S Garland Ave, walk north on Garland Ave for about 0.3 miles (approximately 7 minutes) until you reach E Washington St. Turn left on E Washington St and walk for another 0.3 miles until you reach N Magnolia Ave. Turn right and walk for one block to find the Cathedral Church of St Luke at 130 N Magnolia Ave.

From the Orlando downtown area, you can take the Lynx Bus route 2 or 3 towards the Lynx Central Station. Disembark at the Lynx Central Station. From there, head north on Garland Ave for about 0.3 miles (approximately 7 minutes) to E Washington St. Turn left onto E Washington St, then proceed for another 0.3 miles until you reach N Magnolia Ave. Turn right onto N Magnolia Ave, and the Cathedral Church of St Luke will be on your left at 130 N Magnolia Ave.
