If you're taking public transportation, you will need to catch a Volusia County bus that operates along South Atlantic Avenue. Board the bus heading south towards Ponce Inlet. Get off at the stop closest to the intersection of South Peninsula Drive and the preserve entrance. From there, it’s about a 10-minute walk south along South Peninsula Drive to reach the preserve entrance.

If you prefer to bike, Ponce Inlet is bike-friendly. Start from your location in Ponce Inlet and head towards South Peninsula Drive. Follow the bike lanes that run along the road.
