If you are traveling by car from the Space Coast area, you will want to take FL-528 W from Cocoa Beach or Cape Canaveral. Continue on FL-528 W until you reach I-75 S. Merge onto I-75 S and follow it for approximately 50 miles. Take exit 141 for FL-867 S toward Sanibel. Continue on FL-867 S, which will take you directly to Sanibel Island. Once on the island, turn right onto Periwinkle Way, and follow it until you reach the Sanibel Lighthouse at 112 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel, FL 33957. Make sure to check for any tolls on I-75 and have cash or a compatible transponder ready.
