    If you are starting from the Historic District of St. Augustine, head east on King Street towards the waterfront. Continue until you reach the intersection with Avenida Menendez. Turn right and walk along the waterfront until you reach the Castillo de San Marcos. From there, head north on South Castillo Drive until you reach the intersection with FL-16. Turn left on FL-16 and continue walking for about 1.5 miles. The aquarium will be on your left at 2045 FL-16.

    You can catch the Sunshine Bus at various stops around St. Augustine. If you're near the Visitor Information Center, take the Route 1 bus heading towards the St. Augustine Beach. Get off at the stop for FL-16. From there, it’s about a 10-minute walk: head west on FL-16 and the aquarium will be on your right at 2045 FL-16.

    Biking

    If you have access to a bike, you can ride from the Historic District. Start by heading north on Cordova Street, then turn right on San Marco Avenue. Follow San Marco Avenue as it turns into FL-16. Continue on FL-16 for about 1.5 miles. The aquarium will be on your left at 2045 FL-16. Be cautious as FL-16 is a busy road.
