Walking
If you are in downtown St. Augustine, start at the Plaza de la Constitución. Head southeast on King Street towards the intersection with Avenida Menendez. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with San Marco Avenue. Cross San Marco Avenue and head straight onto the Bridge of Lions. Once you cross the bridge, you will enter Anastasia Island. Continue straight on Avenida de la Constitucion until it turns into Red Cox Drive. The St. Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum will be on your left at 100 Red Cox Dr.

Begin your journey at the Plaza de la Constitución in downtown St. Augustine. Rent a bike from one of the local rental shops. Head southeast on King Street and turn onto Avenida Menendez. Follow this road until you reach San Marco Avenue. Turn left onto San Marco Avenue and follow it until you reach the Bridge of Lions. Cross over to Anastasia Island and continue on Avenida de la Constitucion. This road will lead you directly to Red Cox Drive.
