Take the Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority (PSTA) bus route 59 heading north towards Clearwater. Stay on the bus for approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the stop near 22041 US Hwy 19 N. From there, walk north for about 5 minutes, and you will reach Aspirations Winery.

From the St. Petersburg Pier, take the Downtown St. Petersburg Trolley heading to North Beach. Get off at the last stop, then transfer to the PSTA route 59 bus heading north. Ride the bus for about 30 minutes and disembark at the 22041 US Hwy 19 N stop. Walk 5 minutes north to reach Aspirations Winery.
