Head north on N Monroe St (US-27) until you reach the intersection with E Tennessee St. Turn left (west) on E Tennessee St and continue for about 2 miles. You'll then take a right onto N Meridian Rd. Continue on N Meridian Rd for approximately 3 miles. Elinor Klapp-Phipps Park will be on your right at 4000 N Meridian Rd. Look for the park entrance, and there is free parking available on-site.
