From the Florida State University campus, head west on W Tennessee St toward N Woodward Ave. Continue straight to stay on W Tennessee St for about half a mile. As you approach the intersection with S Monroe St, you will see the Florida State Capitol on your left. Cross S Monroe St to reach the capitol building, which is located at 400 S Monroe St.
