    If you are starting from downtown Tallahassee, head west on W Jefferson St toward N Monroe St. Continue walking for about 0.5 miles until you reach N Monroe St. Turn left (south) on N Monroe St and walk for about 0.3 miles. Then, turn right onto W Tennessee St. Continue walking for another 1 mile until you reach Mission San Luis, located at 2100 W Tennessee St. The entrance will be on your right.

    From downtown Tallahassee, you can take the StarMetro bus route 1 (Orange Line) toward the 'Tallahassee Mall'. Board the bus at the nearest stop on N Monroe St. After approximately 20 minutes, disembark at the bus stop at W Tennessee St & Mission San Luis. The mission will be directly across the street from this bus stop.
