Driving
From central Vero Beach, head east on 17th Street Causeway (State Road 60). Continue onto Ocean Drive (A1A) heading north. Follow A1A for approximately 7 miles. Golden Sands Park will be on your left, with ample parking available. Note that traffic can be heavy on A1A during peak season.
Taxi/Ride-Share
From anywhere in Vero Beach, a taxi or ride-share service (Uber/Lyft) is a convenient option. Expect to pay around $20-$30 for a one-way trip from the central Vero Beach area. Be sure to confirm the fare and estimated arrival time before you start your trip.
Public Transport
While Vero Beach does have a public transportation system (GoLine), it may not directly serve Golden Sands Park. Check the GoLine route map and schedule to see if there's a nearby stop. If using public transport, be prepared for a possible walk of a few blocks from the nearest stop to the park. There is no cost for using the GoLine.
