If driving from Seignosse-Océan, follow the D337 towards Plage des Casernes. Continue past the Camping Les Oyats. A large, free parking area is available near the beach entrance. Parking is free, but spaces can fill up quickly during peak season. Be aware that 'Accès interdit aux camping-cars' signs are in place from 10 PM to 8 AM.

From Seignosse Bourg, take the Line 517 bus towards Seignosse-Océan. Get off at the nearest stop to Plage des Casernes (check local bus schedules for the most up-to-date information). From the bus stop, follow the walking directions above to reach the beach. A single bus ticket costs approximately €2.50.

From Seignosse-Océan, follow the Vélodyssée bike path north towards Plage des Casernes. Bike parking is available near the beach entrance. Bike rentals are available in Seignosse-Océan. There are no costs associated with biking to the beach.
