Start your journey at the Bordeaux Saint-Jean railway station. From there, take Tram Line C (the light blue line) in the direction of 'Parc Bordelais'. Stay on the tram for about 10 stops until you reach 'Place de la Bourse'. Exit the tram and walk towards the river. Follow the riverbank until you reach Pont de Pierre, which is a beautiful bridge. Cross the bridge and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rue Minvielle.

Once you have crossed the Pont de Pierre, continue walking straight on the Rue Minvielle until you reach the address 20 Rue Minvielle. Le Chai Des Chartrons will be on your right-hand side. It should take you about 10 minutes to walk from the bridge.
