Walking
From the Cannes train station (Gare de Cannes), walk south towards the sea. Exit the station and turn left onto Rue Jean Jaurès. Continue straight until you reach the Boulevard de la Croisette. Turn right, and walk along the Croisette, passing the hotels and shops on your left. The departure point for the Petit Train is near the Palais des Festivals, approximately a 10-15 minute walk. Alternatively, from the port area (Vieux Port), walk east along Quai Max Laubeuf, which turns into Promenade de la Pantiero. The Petit Train departure point will be on your right, near the Palais des Festivals. This is a shorter walk, approximately 5-10 minutes.
Public Transport
From various points in Cannes, the Palm Bus network offers convenient access to the Boulevard de la Croisette. Several bus lines stop near the Palais des Festivals.
