From the D788 (Route de Kergomar), look for the discreet entrance to Vallée des Traouïero, marked by a small sign. Follow the well-trodden path into the valley. The Grotte du Lépreux is located along this main path, approximately a 15-20 minute walk from the road. The path is mostly flat but can be muddy in places. Keep an eye out for wooden steps indicating the correct route. There is no entrance fee.

From Perros-Guirec, take the 'Le Macareux' bus towards Trégastel. Alight at the 'Kergomar' stop on the D788. From the bus stop, walk approximately 5 minutes along the D788 until you see the signposted entrance to the Vallée des Traouïero on your right. Follow the walking directions to reach the Grotte du Lépreux. A single bus ticket costs €1.40.

A taxi or ride-share from central Perros-Guirec to the Route de Kergomar near the Vallée des Traouïero entrance will cost approximately €15-€20 and take around 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. From the drop-off point, follow the walking directions to reach the Grotte du Lépreux.
