If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Perros-Guirec. Head southeast on Rue du Port toward Rue de la Plage. Continue straight to stay on Rue de la Plage until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto D788. Follow D788 for about 2 km, then take the exit toward Plage de la Bastille. Follow the signs for about 1 km, and you'll find parking available near the beach entrance. Note that parking may incur a fee during peak season.

For public transportation, catch a bus from the Perros-Guirec bus station (Gare Routière) that heads toward Ploumanac'h or Trégastel.
