If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Côte de Granit Rose. Take the D788 road towards Trégastel. Continue on the D788 for approximately 8 kilometers until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the D22 towards Trégastel. After about 2 kilometers, turn left onto Rte de Bringuiller. Plage de Tanguy will be on your right. There is parking available nearby, which may cost around €5 for the day.

For those using public transportation, take the regional bus line (Ligne 6) from Perros-Guirec to Trégastel. The bus departs from the central bus station in Perros-Guirec. After a scenic 30-minute ride, disembark at the 'Trégastel - Plage de Tanguy' stop. From there, walk approximately 10 minutes along Rte de Bringuiller to reach Plage de Tanguy. A single bus ticket costs about €1.50.

If you prefer cycling, there are bike rental services available in Côte de Granit Rose. Follow the coastal paths towards Trégastel, which is about a 10-kilometer ride from the main tourist areas. Upon reaching Trégastel, navigate towards Rte de Bringuiller. Plage de Tanguy is located just off this road. Be aware that some paths may have inclines and rough terrain.
