    Château de Beauvais is located at 4 Rue de la Deliade, 87100 Limoges. From the city center, such as Place de la République, it is approximately a 20-30 minute walk. Head east on Rue Jean Jaurès, then turn right onto Boulevard Gambetta. Continue onto Rue de la Cité, then turn left onto Rue de la Commanderie. Finally, turn right onto Rue de la Deliade. The Château will be on your right.

    Public Transport

    From Gare de Limoges-Bénédictins, take bus line 4, 24, 32, 35, 36, or 44 to Place Léon Betoulle. From there, it is approximately a 15-minute walk to Château de Beauvais. Head east on Rue Jean Jaurès, then turn right onto Boulevard Gambetta. Continue onto Rue de la Cité, then turn left onto Rue de la Commanderie. Finally, turn right onto Rue de la Deliade. The Château will be on your right. A single ticket costs approximately €1.60.

The site you see today blends comfort and authenticity for visitors. The castle's architecture reflects the styles of the 18th century, designed by Joseph Brousseau around 1765 and completed in 1768. It was initially owned by the Abbaye Saint-Martial de Limoges.While the Château de Beauvais is a private property and is not open to the public , its exterior can still be admired. The building includes a main structure flanked by three circular towers. One tower faces the courtyard, while the other two are at the rear. The facades open onto a gallery of arcades. This former dependency of the Château de Malval also has an underground passage connecting them.
