Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, start on the A10 motorway towards Tours. Take exit 20 towards Tours-Centre and follow the signs for Tours. Once in Tours, follow Rue de la Préfecture and then merge onto Rue Baleschoux. The Basilique Saint-Martin will be on your right at 7 Rue Baleschoux. Parking can be found nearby at parking lots such as Parking Vinci, located at 1 Rue de la Salle.

• Train

  For those using public transportation, take a train to Tours from major cities in the Loire Valley, such as Amboise or Blois. The train station in Tours is well-connected. Upon arrival, exit the station and head towards the city center. You can either walk (approximately 15 minutes) or take bus line 5 or 6 from the station to Place Jean Jaurès. From there, it's a short walk to the Basilique Saint-Martin, located at 7 Rue Baleschoux.

• Bus

  If you are in the surrounding Loire Valley towns, you can take regional buses to Tours. Check the local bus schedules for routes that go to Tours. Once you arrive in Tours, the bus station is centrally located. From the bus station, you can either walk (about 10 minutes) or take a local bus that stops near the Basilique Saint-Martin, located at 7 Rue Baleschoux.

• Walking

  If you are already in Tours, you can easily reach the Basilique Saint-Martin on foot. From the city center, head towards Rue de la Préfecture and then onto Rue Baleschoux. The walk should take around 10-15 minutes depending on your starting point.
