Getting There

• Car

  If you're driving, head to Nancy in the Grand Est region. From the A31 motorway, take the exit towards Nancy. Follow the signs for 'Centre Ville' (City Center). Once in the center, follow Rue de la Craffe, which will lead you directly to Porte de la Craffe. There is limited street parking available nearby, so be prepared to park in a public parking garage if necessary, which may incur a fee (around €1.50-€2.50 per hour).

• Public Transportation

  If you're using public transport, take a train to Nancy's main train station, Gare de Nancy-Ville. From the station, board tram line 1 heading towards 'Hôpital Central'. Get off at 'Lycée Fabert', which is a 10-minute ride. From there, it's a 10-minute walk to Porte de la Craffe. Walk along Rue de Craffe, and you'll find the landmark at the end of the street. The tram ticket costs around €1.50.

• Walking

  If you're already in the city center, Porte de la Craffe is easily accessible on foot. Start from Place Stanislas, a central square in Nancy. Head southeast on Rue de la Fonderie, then turn left onto Rue de la Craffe. Follow this road until you reach Porte de la Craffe. The walk should take approximately 15 minutes. It's a pleasant stroll through the charming streets of Nancy.
