Upon arrival at Meximieux-Perouges station, exit the station and follow the signs for Pérouges, which is about a 30-minute walk (approximately 2.5 km). Head northeast on Rue de la Gare, then turn left onto Route de Pérouges, continuing straight until you reach the historic village.

    From Lyon, take the metro Line A to Perrache station. At Perrache, catch bus line 182 towards Meximieux. The bus ride will take about 50 minutes. Get off at the Pérouges stop. From there, it’s a short walk to the entrance of the medieval village. Follow the signs to Rue de la Prte d'en Haut, which leads directly into the heart of Pérouges.

    If you're feeling adventurous, you can rent a bicycle in Lyon. Start your journey from Parc de la Tête d'Or, cycling towards the north.
