Take Tram T1 from any station towards 'IUT - Feyssine'. Get off at 'Hotel de Ville - Louis Pradel' station. From there, head east on Rue de la République, then turn left onto Rue des Célestins. Continue walking straight until you reach Place des Célestins, which will be on your right.

If you are already in the central part of Lyon, simply walk towards the south of the city center. From Place Bellecour, take Rue de la République heading north. Continue walking until you reach Rue des Célestins, and turn right. Place des Célestins will be ahead on your left.
