    To get to Place des Célestins, take Metro Line A (the red line) from any station in Lyon. If you are starting from the Lyon Part-Dieu station, board the train at 'Part-Dieu' station heading towards 'Vaulx-en-Velin La Soie'. Travel for 3 stops and get off at 'Bellecour' station. From Bellecour, transfer to Metro Line D (the green line) and go 1 stop to 'Vieux Lyon'. Exit at 'Vieux Lyon' and follow the signs for 'Rue de la République'.
