Walking
From the Joliette metro station, take the exit towards Rue de la République. Walk straight along Rue de la République until you reach the intersection with Rue de la Joliette. Turn left onto Rue de la Joliette and continue until you reach the intersection with Rue de la Méditerranée. Turn right and walk towards the waterfront. You will see the entrance to Fort Saint-Jean and the Place d'Armes directly in front of you. The total walking time is approximately 15-20 minutes.

If you prefer public transport, you can take the metro Line 2 from Joliette station towards Sainte-Marguerite Dromel. Get off at the Vieux-Port station.
