Metro
Take Metro Line 1 (the blue line) towards La Fourragère. Board the train at any station within Marseille and ride until you reach the station 'Saint-Charles'. At Saint-Charles, transfer to Metro Line 2 (the red line) towards Sainte-Marguerite Dromel. Get off at 'Cuques' station. Once you exit the station, walk straight along Boulevard de la Libération, and in approximately 15 minutes, you will arrive at Palais Longchamp located at Boulevard Jardin Zoologique.
Bus
From the city center, you can catch bus line 49 from the stop 'Réformés Canebière'. Board the bus and travel towards 'Palais Longchamp'. It will take about 15 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Palais Longchamp', and you will find yourself at the entrance of the Palais Longchamp.
Walking
If you are in the nearby area such as the Old Port (Vieux-Port), you can walk to Palais Longchamp. Start at the Old Port and head southeast on Quai des Belges toward Rue Paradis. Continue straight until you reach Rue de Rome. Turn left and walk until you reach the intersection with Boulevard de la Libération. Turn right and follow the boulevard until you reach Palais Longchamp, which is approximately a 30-minute walk.
Tram
You can also take the Tram Line T2 from the 'Old Port' tram stop. Ride the tram towards 'La Blancarde'. Get off at 'Longchamp' stop, which is a short walk from Palais Longchamp. After exiting the tram, head towards Boulevard Jardin Zoologique, and you will arrive at your destination in about 5 minutes.
