Walking
From Figuerolles, head northwest on Rue de la République towards Rue Hilaire Ricard. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Rue Hilaire Ricard. Turn left onto Rue Hilaire Ricard. You will see the Aqueduc Saint-Clément, also known as Aqueduc des Arceaux, located at 155 Rue Hilaire Ricard. It should take you approximately 10-15 minutes to walk there depending on your pace.

Public Transport
If you prefer to take public transport, walk to the nearest tram stop called 'Figuerolles', which is located on Avenue de la Mer. Board the tram Line 1 towards 'Odysseum'. After two stops, get off at 'Comédie' station. From there, transfer to Line 3 towards 'Juvignac' at the 'Comédie' stop. Ride for one stop and get off at 'Les Arceaux'. From the tram stop, walk east along Avenue de la Mer, then turn left onto Rue Hilaire Ricard. The Aqueduc Saint-Clément will be on your right. The tram fare is usually around €1.60.
