If you are starting from the Nancy train station (Gare de Nancy), exit the station and head northeast on Rue de la Gare. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout (Place de la République). Take the first exit onto Avenue du Général Leclerc. Follow this avenue until you reach the square (Place de la Carrière). From there, walk towards Rue Saint-Dizier, which will lead you directly to Place Stanislas. The entire walk should take approximately 20-25 minutes.

If you are near the Nancy city center, find the nearest tram station. Take Tram Line 1 (Direction: 'Hôpital de Brabois') and get off at 'Stanislav'. After exiting the tram, walk straight for about 5 minutes down Rue de la Commanderie, which will lead you right to Place Stanislas. The tram ride takes about 10 minutes.

From the Place de la Carrière, turn left onto Rue Saint-Dizier. As you walk, you will notice the beautiful architecture around you. Keep walking straight, and when you reach the intersection with Rue de la Primatiale, you will see the grand gates leading into Place Stanislas. It's just a short walk of about 5 minutes from Place de la Carrière.
