Walking
From the city center (Place du Commerce), head northeast along Rue de l'Héronnière. Continue straight until you reach Place Royale. From there, take Rue de la Fosse and walk towards the river. Once you reach the Loire River, turn left and walk along the riverbank. After about 10 minutes, you will see signs for Château des Ducs de Bretagne. Follow the signs, and you will find Douves du Château adjacent to the castle.

From the city center (Commerce station), take Tram Line 1 (the yellow line) towards François Mitterrand. Get off at the stop 'Château des Ducs de Bretagne.' Upon exiting, follow the signs towards the castle. Douves du Château is located right next to the castle, and you can easily access it from there.

Catch Bus Line 11 from the station at Place du Commerce. Ride for about 15 minutes and get off at the 'Château des Ducs de Bretagne' stop. From there, it’s a short walk to Douves du Château, which you will find beside the castle.
