Walking
If you are near the city center, start at Place Royale. Head southwest towards Rue de la Fosse. Continue straight until you reach the river Loire. Once you arrive at the river, turn left onto Quai de la Fosse and follow it along the waterfront. You will pass by several cafés and bars. Continue walking until you reach Quai de Versailles. Île de Versailles will be directly in front of you, and you can enter the park from the main entrance.
Tram
Locate the nearest tram station to your current location. If you are in the city center, you can catch Tram Line 1 from Palais des Congrès or Commerce. Board the tram and ride towards 'La Beaujoire'. Get off at the stop called 'Miroir d'eau'. From there, walk straight towards the river until you reach Quai de Versailles. The entrance to Île de Versailles will be just ahead on your right.
Bus
Find the nearest bus stop. Look for Bus Line 11 which travels towards 'Moulin de la Poupinière'. Board the bus and disembark at the stop called 'Quai de Versailles'. Once you get off, walk along the quay, and you will see the entrance to Île de Versailles just a short distance ahead.
