From the Talensac market area, head southwest towards Rue de Talensac. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rue de la Biscuiterie. Turn left onto Rue de la Biscuiterie and walk until you reach the end of the street. You will see a large building ahead; this is Le Lieu Unique. Cross the street, and you'll find the entrance on Quai Ferdinand Favre.

From Talensac, walk to the nearest tram stop at Talensac. Take Tram Line 2 towards Orvault Grand Val. Get off at the stop 'Mélusine'.
