Getting There

  • Tram

    If you are anywhere in Nantes, find your way to a tram station. Look for Line 1 (the yellow line) and board a tram heading towards 'François Mitterrand'. Stay on the tram for approximately 15 minutes until you reach the 'Porte de Saint-Nazaire' stop. Exit the tram here. After exiting, head towards 'Rue de la Montagne' and walk straight for about 5 minutes. You will arrive at '1 Pl. Jean V', where Musée Dobrée is located.

    Locate a nearby bus stop and board either Bus Line 11 or Line 12. If you take Bus Line 11, get off at the 'Moulin de la Pierre' stop. If you take Bus Line 12, get off at the 'Jean V' stop. From either stop, walk for about 10 minutes towards '1 Pl. Jean V'. The Musée Dobrée will be on your left.

    If you are already in the city center, you can easily walk to Musée Dobrée. Start at 'Place Royale', head east towards 'Rue de la Fosse', then turn left onto 'Rue des Halles'.
