If you are at the Nantes Cathedral (Cathédrale Saint-Pierre et Saint-Paul), head southwest on Rue de l'Hôtel de Ville towards Place du Commerce. Continue straight onto Rue de la Fosse and cross the Loire River using the Pont de la Tortière. After crossing, turn left onto Rue des États. Le Voyage à Nantes will be on your right at 9 Rue des États.
