If you are starting from the Nantes Train Station (Gare de Nantes), head south on Rue de la Gare. Turn left onto Rue de l'Hôtel de Ville and continue straight until you reach Place Royale. From there, take the Rue du Calvaire to reach Place du Commerce. At Place du Commerce, look for the tram station and take Tram Line 1 towards La Beaujoire. Get off at the stop 'Cambronne'.
