To reach Théoule-sur-Mer from Nice, start by heading to Nice Ville train station (Gare de Nice-Ville). You can take Tram Line 1 from the city center to the station. Once at the train station, purchase a ticket for the TER train towards Cannes. The train ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the Théoule-sur-Mer station, which is the next stop after Cannes. When you exit the station, follow the signs to the beach, which is a short walk downhill.

From Nice, you can also take the bus to Théoule-sur-Mer. Head to the bus station at Nice's Port Lympia. Look for the bus number 200, which travels along the coast. The bus ride will take around 1 hour and will offer beautiful views along the way. Get off at the Théoule-sur-Mer stop, and from there, it's just a short walk to the beach and the main attractions of the area.

Train + Walk
If you are near the Promenade des Anglais, walk to the nearest tram stop and take Tram Line 2 to the Nice Ville train station. From there, take the TER train towards Cannes, and disembark at Théoule-sur-Mer. After getting off the train, you can walk approximately 15 minutes to reach the coastal area and enjoy the beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea.
