Getting There
Walking
From the center of La Condamine, head towards the waterfront along Quai Antoine 1er. Continue walking along the waterfront, enjoying the views of the harbor. After about 15 minutes, you will reach the end of the harbor. At the end, take the stairs that lead up to Avenue de la Madone. Follow this road for approximately 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Avenue de la République. Turn right on Avenue de la République and continue straight. You will then merge onto Route de la Corniche, which will lead you out of Monaco and towards Théoule-sur-Mer. Note that this is a scenic route along the coast.
Bus
From La Condamine, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Avenue de la Madone. Look for the bus service number 110, which travels towards Nice. Board the bus and enjoy the scenic ride along the coastline. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes, and disembark at the Théoule-sur-Mer stop. From the bus stop, it's just a short 5-minute walk to the beach area.
Train and Walking
From La Condamine, walk to the nearest train station at Monaco-Monte Carlo. Once there, board a train heading towards Cannes. The journey will take about 50 minutes. Get off at the Théoule-sur-Mer station. After exiting the station, turn left and walk down the road towards the coastline, which will take about 10 minutes.
