Walking
If you are starting from the Promenade des Anglais, walk inland towards Avenue de Verdun. Continue straight until you reach Place Masséna. From there, head through the square and take the exit towards Rue de France. Follow Rue de France until you reach Rue Saint-François de Paule, where you will see the entrance to Parc de la Colline du Château. Ascend the steps or the winding path to reach the top of Colline du Château.
Public Transport (Tram)
Take Tram Line 1 from any stop in Nice towards 'Hôpital Pasteur'. Get off at the 'Masséna' stop. Once you exit, head towards Place Masséna. From there, follow the same directions as if you were walking: exit the square towards Rue de France, then take Rue Saint-François de Paule to the entrance of Parc de la Colline du Château and ascend the steps or path to the top.

Catch Bus Line 15 or 22 from any bus stop in Nice that services these lines. Get off at the 'Colline du Château' stop. You will be directly at the base of the hill. Follow the signs and the path leading up to the park entrance where you can begin your ascent to the summit.
