If you are in the Old Town (Vieux Nice), head towards Rue Rossetti. From the Cours Saleya market, walk straight down Rue Saint-François de Paule until you reach Rue Rossetti. Catch Bus Line 94 or Bus Line 99 from the 'Nice Ville' train station. Get off at the 'Garibaldi' stop. From Garibaldi Square, walk towards the Old Town via the Rue de la Préfecture, then turn right onto Rue Rossetti. Walk straight, and you will find Place Rossetti in a few minutes.
