Walking
From the heart of Vieux Nice, head towards the Cours Saleya Marketplace. Walk through the bustling market and exit onto Rue de la Préfecture. Continue straight until you reach Place Jacques Toja, where you will find the Crypte de Nice at 1 Place Jacques Toja. This walk is about 10 minutes and will take you through some of the most picturesque streets of Vieux Nice.
Public Transport
If you prefer not to walk, you can take the tram from the nearest tram stop, which is 'Opéra - Vieille Ville'. Board the tram heading towards 'Hôpital Pasteur'. Get off at the next stop, 'Jean Médecin'. Then transfer to bus number 38 towards 'Nice - Le port'. Get off at 'Place Jacques Toja', which is a short walk from the bus stop to the Crypte de Nice. Please note that a single tram or bus ticket costs approximately €1.50.
