Normandy D-Day Omaha and Utah Beaches Private Tour from Paris

We were met at our hotel...

We were met at our hotel by driver Ivan and tour guide David. They were timely and the vehicle was immaculate. They provided us with water for the trip. David provided history for us of the country and explained where and what we were seeing. Ivan was an excellent driver who was cautious. When we arrived in Normandy, Ivan would drop us off at the door (or as close as possible) while David guided us to the beaches, museums, etc and provided commentary. We were also provided free time to walk around and explore and David took pictures of us for us to remember the trip. The ride back was approximately 3 1/2 hours and Ivan brought us back safely. While the trip is expensive, it was exactly what we wanted and worth every penny.

Great experience start to end

Excellent tour and made experience made us feel special. Cyrus / Clewel Travel customize our pickup and drop off. We traveled by van to, though, and back. Having a driver took away any stress with navigation. David, our guide was extremely knowledgable with not only the sites we visited but with history in general. He provided indepth, detail, and personal information that you can not get through a history book or via an audio tour. Highly recommended for the hassle free travels and great guided experience.
