Art and Culture at 59 Rivoli: A Parisian Gem

Getting There

• Metro

  To reach 59 Rue de Rivoli, take the Paris Metro. If you are near a Metro station, look for Line 1 (the yellow line) and board the train towards La Défense. If you are not near a Metro, you can find the nearest station using a Google Maps app. Get off at the Palais Royal - Musée du Louvre station. Upon exiting the station, follow the signs to Rue de Rivoli. Once you are on Rue de Rivoli, walk east for about 5 minutes, and you will see 59 Rivoli on your left.

• Bus

  If you prefer to take the bus, you can catch Bus number 21 or 72. Board the bus at the nearest bus stop and ensure it is heading towards Palais Royal or Louvre. Get off at the Palais Royal - Musée du Louvre stop. From the bus stop, walk towards Rue de Rivoli and head east for about 5 minutes. 59 Rivoli will be on your left side.

• Walking

  If you are already in the vicinity of the Louvre Museum, simply walk towards Rue de Rivoli. From the Louvre, exit through the main entrance and head towards Rue de Rivoli, which is just across the street. Walk east along Rue de Rivoli for about 5 minutes, and you will find 59 Rivoli on your left.

• Bicycle

  You can also rent a bicycle using the Vélib' system in Paris. Locate the nearest Vélib' station, rent a bike, and head towards the Seine River. Once you reach the river, cycle along the banks until you reach the Pont des Arts. Cross the bridge and continue straight until you reach Rue de Rivoli. Turn right and cycle along Rue de Rivoli for about 10 minutes; 59 Rivoli will be on your left.
