If you're near a Metro station, take Line 9 (the grey line) and get off at the 'Grands Boulevards' station. Upon exiting the station, walk towards Boulevard Montmartre. The Passage Jouffroy is located at 10-12 Boulevard Montmartre, which is just a short 5-minute walk from the station. Head northeast on Boulevard Montmartre, and you will see the entrance to the Passage Jouffroy on your left.
Bus
You can also take Bus Line 20, 21, or 39 to the 'Grands Boulevards' bus stop. Once you get off the bus, walk along Boulevard Montmartre in the direction of the Grands Boulevards Metro station. Continue walking for about 10 minutes, and you will see the entrance to the Passage Jouffroy at 10-12 Boulevard Montmartre on your left.
