    Take Line 1 (Yellow Line) from any metro station towards La Défense. If you are starting from Châtelet, board the train at Châtelet and travel towards La Défense. Get off at Palais Royal - Musée du Louvre station. Once you exit the metro, follow the signs for the Palais Royal and exit onto Rue de Rivoli.

    From Palais Royal - Musée du Louvre station, walk towards the Louvre Museum. Exit the museum grounds and head towards the Seine River.
