Metro

If you're near a Metro station, take Line 12 (the green line) towards Mairie d'Issy. Get off at the 'Rennes' station, and transfer to Line 4 (the purple line) towards Porte de Clignancourt. Alight at 'Strasbourg - Saint-Denis' station, where you will transfer to Line 8 (the pink line) towards Balard. Get off at 'Invalides' station. From there, exit the station and head southwest on Rue de l'Université until you reach Quai d'Orsay. The destination, 7 Quai d'Orsay, will be a short walk ahead on your right.
Bus

Find a nearby bus stop and take Bus Line 63. Ride until you reach 'Invalides - Esplanade', which is a short walk from Quai d'Orsay. Once you get off, walk towards the Seine River and follow the road along the riverbank. Continue along Quai d'Orsay until you reach 7 Quai d'Orsay, which will be on your left.
