From Rouen Rive Droite train station, take tram line T1 towards 'Avenue de Caen.' Get off at the 'Saint-Marc' stop after three stops. Walk south on Rue de l'Hôpital until you reach Rue François de Sales; turn left and continue until you reach Place Saint-Vivien. The garden will be on your right. The total journey should take around 20 minutes.

If you are near the Seine River, start walking on Quai de la Basse Seine heading east. Proceed along the river until you see the bridge Pont Boieldieu. Cross the bridge and then turn left on Rue de la République. After about 500 meters, turn right onto Rue de la Tour, which will lead you directly to Place Saint-Vivien and l'Hôtel-de-Ville Garden. This scenic route will take approximately 25 minutes.
